When they are ready, no all budgies develope in same way. i think 10 month or a year is a good age to start breeding them.

Oye bro tengo entendido que a los ingleses o cotorritos de postura se les tiene que rebajar la pluman de las cloacas para que a la hora de aparearse no salgan los huevos infertiles podrias pedirle a algun criador o mostrar como los preparan para la temporada de cria ya que solo e visto videos de canarios Buen video y aves muy guapas Saludos desde Mexico
