Sometimes in a noisy environment, silence can seem quite loud if your brain is used to the noise scape of a city or busy area. Sheesh...it took me long enough to find a good 2 hour white noise vid. My old smartphone won't play anything longer than 2 hours. I like this video because the sound isn't choppy, it's loud enough for my speakers and there's no annoying hum.

I’m really behind in a book for my English class, and I only gave myself two days to read over 200 pages due to procrastination. It’s been really difficult for me, since my brain never shuts up. I’ve played every white noise under the sun for my baby but this is the only one she’ll relax to. She is fussy all day, everyday. Don’t know why. But when I put this on, she falls asleep within 2 minutes. It has to be loud and right by her ear. She loves it. Thank you 🙏🏼

I was at my grandmas house with no fan. This helped me go to sleep so fast. Also I can feel the cold air from the fan into my face (because I am laying in bed right now lol) and it feels great. If you need help sleeping yeah just turn the video on, plug your phone up, and get to sleep!

You would need to consciously calm your mind and take nice, big, slow breaths... Just turn off your mind and let the noise drown out outside sound. In a sense, you have to "allow" the noise.
