Latocha Scott Missing From The Queens of R&B Tour
I remember when I first got the news about this Queens of R&B teaser the first thing I thought about was that shady behind Bravo series from last year that honestly kinda at RHOA up. I remember every episode fans were windmilling for one reason or another because Latocha Scott and her husband rocky were always in some mess!

Fast forward to today and Straight From The A just dropped a bombshell article that reveals shocking details about some litigation that might just shut the whole thing down before it even gets started.
Yes yall know Latocha and Rocky weren’t gonna let that slide. The streets are saying that the two of them were hot sauce mad when they found out when we found out about this SWV & Xscape tour. And according to Straight from the A Latocha Scott is flexing her muscles as one half of the trademark holder of the Xscape brand and has hired an attorney to send a serious message to Live Nation and Mona Scott Young who are both infringing on her trademark by promoting and putting on this multi-city tour without so much as sending Latocha a DM first. And in legal documents obtained by Michelle at Straight from the A, Latocha is checking Live nation for not only promoting this tour without her consent but she has a huge problem with them not including her in the discussions to agree on financial terms for the use of her trademark.

I’m thinking the consent was given in the first contracts. If the fine print could have said something like, “you” won’t receive future compensation, (yk the yada yada), for the use of “the name” when used in future context (The Queens of R&B). MSY is a BOSS, even I understand trademarks and no way “they” didn’t protect the right to continuing using “that name” and “they” still promoting it. Somebody definitely fumbled the “rights”.
