I think it's a shame that the starter house is so large in HF2. In HF1 really felt like you were getting better and better as you progress and buy more houses. Here, a decent amount of the purchasable houses are smaller than the starting house.

I could be wrong, although I thought that the starter house wasn't actually yours to begin with in HF2? You only obtain it after completely playing through the campaign mode. Which are all of those specific tasks that you must complete in a sequence, accompanied by the in-game story mode. I shall have to re-watch Wels' first episode of this play-through again to check.

@@MonsterJayk I already downloaded the game, the Peace's Family house is yours from the beginning (accordong to the story it's your parents that give it to you bc they moved out as you moved to the town they lived in.

I have very mixed feelings about a patio door in a first floor bedroom. just feels wrong to me. Maybe at the very least adding curtains would help? Also, sun chairs should be facing the ocean. But aside from those little nitpicks, pretty amazing work.

I love what you did with the place, it looks great. Keeping with the nautical theme was a good choice; I particularly liked the steering wheel & oars in the bathroom. I enjoyed the bit where you took us through your kitchen decisions, that was interesting to watch the choices being made.

I absolutely love this house 😍 This is exactly my style, it was the right choice to keep with the original nautical theme ! Makes me want to play the game lol Also i really appreciated watching you build the kitchen. It's really interesting to see your thought process and i like how it shows what the gameplay is like. Enjoying these videos; I haven’t watched much House Flipper content before this. Having said that: 1a) No mirror in the bathroom? How will the buyer watch themselves brush their teeth, then clean any spatter from said-mirror? Lol 1b) No mirror in the bedroom? How will the buyer know what their hair looks like before and after brushing/styling? 1c) You don’t happen to be a vampire, do you, with no use for mirrors? :) (I’ve no idea if they’d make a difference in buyer offers or anything. Just struck me as odd.)

man it sure is hilarious seeing people call homes like this tiny…. cuz thats a little bit bigger than my current city apartment LOL. You can get a lot done in a small space! Love what you did with this. :]

The canonical reason I wasn't the buyer on this one is I thought beach volleyball was a better idea than buying a house. *Shrug* priorities. (The real reason is I'm not programmed into the game, but I like my excuse better.)

Idk if you can only do it in the sandbox mode but I watched another creator actually add a second floor instead of that roof deck which made more sense to me personally lol

They need to add where you are able to rent out a house you make and the tenants destroy it while they’re in it and when they move out you have to repair it. And keep selling it
