I am amused by these comparisons of Velta (Prime) and Acheron. Yes, you can say as much as you like what a strong Welt was, but HSR kind of gave a clear hint. In a world similar to HI3rd, where there were the same herreshers and +- other strong characters, only Acheron remained. She literally killed everyone during the war of the 2 worlds (there was even a reference to Kevin, whom she killed). And it becomes obvious who is stronger, Welt (Prime), whose power everyone has heard about, or Acheron, who killed people like Welt (Prime) even before she received the power of non-existence.

Question: Where would you scale welt and what feats does he have? Im not that caught up with hi3 yet, but in the second eruption, he's shown at least city level feats at best, in my opinion. As much as I fucking love Welt, power wise in his prime I don’t believe he could take on Acheron. Welt was the Herscher of Reason, and he could overcome a fellow Herscher like Herscher of the Void Sirin, but when she was endowed with the all Herscher powers from the Will of Honkai, it took Welt letting her destroy his body and take his Core, and later severing her connection to Will of Honkai so that his companions could overcome her. Later when he met Kevin Kaslana, earths strongest fighter who could kill Herschers easily, he could not beat Kevin and had to use his intellect to keep Kevin trapped. Kevin was unable to overcome the Herscher of Finality which is probably around the same power level as an Emanator, of an Aeon. Even being outmatched tho, my boy Welt never backs down and he uses his intellect to overcome opponents.

Prime welt is high hyperversal based on lore, even his HSR version is high galaxy-universal level based on the fact that he has the star of Eden (replica) that allows him to retain a solid portion of his powers. He can summon black holes, shatter black holes, and rip stars apart with complete ease. Hell in the HSR verse, he’s the closest person to being on the level of the eons. Dare I say, he is the true emanator of nihility. And he’s able to do all of this, without even trying, so we don’t even know the full scale of his power in HSR, but it’s safe to say he claps both ways

Nope, Acheron could easily erase him into nothingness since she's not only an Emanator but represent of her path. If you think his black hole will work to her, you are mistake even she can cut it. Welt best feat is in Manga Alien space when he fought Murata. That time he rebuilds singularity and manipulate dimensional Via Gravity by the guide of lord konpeito, but still he need a lot of time to understood and also cause side effect to his own body. Acheron could blitz him since she's type of someone end up something to the point. And it's not easy to understand her domain Horizon of existence since it's the other side of reality, not in entire imaginary tree but something unknown place as Sea of Nihility.

Welt is a low tier Herrscher, he literally says himself that his abilities to control the Herrscher reason core is simply lower than his progenitor bronya zaychick. what's even more low is the fact bronya managed to rewrite the 300k wills and made the Herrscher of reason core transform and be able to use 100% of its powers and we see how she utilizes all of these abilities within chapter 35 rewriting the entire stigmata project, compare that to welt who barely can unlock the powers of the Herrscher core and even if assuming if welt can even be accepted into the 300k wills that is formed within the core of reason. Even before that welt was always weak as a Herrscher, just using star of eden damages his entire body just from the impact alone and he literally needs to recover from it for days to weeks onward. And people who think welt was ever as strong as sirin, remember welt couldn't fight sirin head on and just toyed with him, what's worse he had to use time dilation to stall sirin because the fact he could not beat her. Joachim yang is a hero of the world but he wasn't a hero because he was overpoweredly strong, he was a hero because despite him being weak he's able to find his foot in and face whatever threatens the planet because that is what he vowed to do as the guardian of humanity. Welt Joyce wasn't a powerful Herrscher, he was a Herrscher of humanity the very first Herrscher who is human who managed to entangle the authority of a Herrscher and be able to control it. Bronya isn't the same as she's able to access the complete 100% of the Herrscher core and do things even welt Joyce wasn't able to do, create weapons beyond humanities future expectations and only limited to her imagination.

Zandar, the creator of Nuos The Erudtion has given us alot of info about the Honkai Cosmology than we knew before in Hi3. The entire Universe is the Imaginary Tree, each world/system in the universe is a branch of the imaginary tree and the time periods in which events take place on those worlds are the Leaves of the Imaginary Tree. Herrschers are in control of one branch of the Imaginary Tree (because their powers have been limited to Earth/Solar System). Emanators are in control of multiple branches of the Imaginary Tree (because a single Emanator is capable to destroying multiple worlds and some even capable of destroying entire galaxies for fun). So please do try to tell me how a Herrscher who lost all his powers fighting to Sirin can even defeat an Emanator capable of destroying Earth in a single strike? Also if you think a character from Earth knows more about the Imaginary Tree than the creator of an Aeon then i dont really want to have a conversation because you're xlearly delusional for saying that.
