@@Jangmiixsh are you a woman? Just out of curiosity lol. And it's almost 100% because of genetics. When you get to a certain age it's not longer only about how you take care of it. I take care of my hair too. Oils. Hydration. Conditioner. Strict no heat. And it's not thick and strong by any means. It's about the genes

@@tiffariff why is it bad for curly hair?
@abby.d4144
@abby.d4144 Жыл бұрын
@@sun88779So curly, coily and wavy hair textures get knotted easily because of the way the hair coils. Conditioner is often the best hair product to use in order to remove them gently, without damaging the hair. In addition to this, curlier, coiled and wavier hair textures tend to need more moisture by comparison to straight hair. So *just* shampooing is significantly more likely to leave hair with those textures, completely bone dry. Conditioner plays a massive role in curly and wavy hair care. (It also assists in maintaining curls and coils, that's why many people with naturally wavy or curly hair can actually go years without realizing they do because their hair care doesn't include careful use of products like conditioner and having a proper wash cycle that caters to their hair texture) Hope that helped a little!!

The shampoo is purple, blue shampoo would make your hair go green cause its very hard to get the last bits of yellow pigment out of hair (which is why platinum blonde or grey hair is hell to dye and maintain) Purple cancels out yellow, that's why its purple :) it'll make your hair look less yellow and brassy. On really really light hair it'll give you a slightly silvery white colour, on more orangey/darker blondes it'll take away brassiness and leave you with a nicer colour

My hairstylist said you shouldn’t use blue or purple shampoo very often, it dries out your hair and if used to much can strip the color. I was wondering why my hair was drying out so quickly and it’s because I was using purple shampoo once a week, she said it’s only needed when your hair starts to turn yellow and only if it’s right before your next appointment. She told me to not use it until about week 5 after getting my hair bleached. (I understand everyone’s hair is different, this is just what I was told by my stylist)

Yeah I thought it wasn’t a shampoo you commit to either. I thought you only use it a few times after bleaching TJ get the tones out. Purple for yellow and blue for orange.

You definitely look like you have everything under control, but if I may I would like to recommend my holy grail. if your hair *ever* feels dry. ✨Luseta Biotin and Collagen Hair Mask✨ I have virgin hair, that is extremely healthy and shiny, but every time I use it there is a veery noticeable difference. After I bought it once, my hair has become sooo much healthier and I don’t even use the recommended amount or the recommended schedule. Even if you don’t see this I hope someone does because this product has changed my hair forever lol

i could never😭 My hair reaches my butt and is ✨THICK✨ which is really nice becuse i often get compliments and such. BUT I BASICALLY HAVE TO BUY 2x the hair product so it would be extremely expensive so i think i’ll stick to having naturally blonde hair that i dont dye and wash with shampoo and conditioner. it works for me😌

And honestly good for you! Everyone's hair is different, and especially with bleached hair more moisture is important. I personally had to stop using conditioner because I produce a lot of natural oils and I'd look like a wet dog after a day and a half. Hair care isn't universal, do what works best for you :)

Another thing, going to a reputable hair dresser. To keep healthy hair, you have to have a hair dresser who is experienced with your hair type and uses the right products, ESPECIALLY when working with bleach

lighting the roots is easier and less damaging than re bleaching the length, toners are use for the length they are free ammonia so cause less damage, some people have stronger more resistant hair, consult with a hairstylist for what's best for your type of hair.

Not everyone's hair types takes conditioner. My hair type, (4c) needs alot of conditioner. For pin straight hair, sometimes it does, and sometimes it doesn't require conditioner. It depends on how dry or oily your scalp is, as well as hair textures.

The air-wrap is only “ok” if you use it mediocrely, lol. That blowing back and forth is not going to lead to sleek results - you’ve got to make sure you’re blowing your hair downwards always, as well as utilising the different attachment’s specific purposes and using the correct heat at different times. The Dyson blow dryer definitely needs to be used in a specific way to get the salon style results - I’ve seen a few videos on it where once they knew how to use it properly, it is a great tool.

I went to a hair dresser recently who use k18. She also swears by it for her clients that bleach and color often. She told me it has been in development the last 10 years with the purpose of repairing damaged hair without needed to cut it. I believe it’s named K18 after the sequence of peptides (not a biologist, so this is how I understood it) they discovered. My hair is virgin, but frayed due to lack of proper care. I swear my somewhat fine and curly hair felt a little thicker after this! Note: Please follow manufacturers instructions, according to your hair needs. It’s not supposed to be used after every single wash you do. I just want to stress that for people who might be ready to run out and buy it.

Here's a tip! Don't shower every day. Maybe every 2 or 3 is better. The natural oils that eventually get in your hair actually HELP your hair stay more silky smooth while looking and feeling much healthier which is why you want it in there longer. If you do it every day, it leaves your hair dry like sand because it can't form the natural oils it needs to hydrate your hair naturally. Also, for loose curled people and maybe tight curled but idk I don't have tight curls- but if you have curls DON'T use a towel roughly. Be gentle. So VERY gentle. Curls need a lot more managing. And it's preferred to actually let your hair air dry instead if you have the time to as it's much healthier especially for curls.
