Today I'm taking a trip to explore the renowned Unawatuna Beach, considered the most beautiful in the city of Galle. However, along the way, I encountered several interesting things. I parked my motorcycle and took a stroll along the roadside. I saw an uncle riding a bicycle selling fresh coconuts. I stopped by to support him and enjoyed some coconut water. After that, I came across the local fish market where fishermen were selling fresh sea fish right by the roadside. There was a variety of fresh seafood available at reasonable prices. It seems that the people of Sri Lanka enjoy their seafood a lot.
The ultimate destination was Unawatuna Beach. I took a walk to explore this beach and had a traditional Sri Lankan-style lunch. However, it's worth mentioning that the place was very quiet and not heavily crowded with tourists. The beach was quite long, and there weren't many activities available. Later, I visited a roadside shop that was reportedly selling illegal goods. It's intriguing how they manage to operate without fearing the law. It's somewhat similar to Thailand, where businesses might be operating against the law but still continue to thrive. To find out why, you can follow and watch the full video.
