For something that needs to be oiled so much, it should have at least come with oil and probably a small screwdriver.

I love this tufting gun. Where can I buy one? Can't wait to start tufting. Have been using a punch needle but it's very slow. I really want this machine

Hi when we use the carving shears for the first time and plug it in for the first time to charge is something supposed to happen? Or a I supposed to wait the full 4hrs for it to charge I order to use it? I plugged it in and nothing happened but I assumed that was due to it being a first time use.

You say typical yarn … my question is what’s typical? Can I use 4 ply yarn like red heart? Do I use 1 strand or 2?

Yes, you can use 4 ply, two strands.

Is it supposed to beep constantly? Mine started beeping the second I took it out of the package and plugged it in, before I ever put yarn in it. It beeps the entire time the start button is pushed. It's been opened for about 10 minutes and I'm afraid to load any yarn, as the beeping usually indicates a problem

Mine beeps continually too. I find if you don’t press the trigger in all the way it works better. And pulse the trigger too.

Hi! The Easy Tuft can switch from cut to a single height loop pile.

Yes, I know it can switch between cut and loop but my question was how to adjust the height of the loop and how to adjust the height of the cut loops also. Or are you saying they can not be adjusted?
