@WeRStupid. If someone has hit plataeu in a particular muscle group(chest). And has been doing the same split(2 muslce groups per day). Is changing to a push pull leg split beneficial?

Sir I have gained too much muscle with the help of strength training and protein and now I look bulky and as a woman it looks weired...can u suggest me its solution ???should I skip protein diet and switch to only carbs

Are you sure you gained too much muscle I think you are already to bulky and you gain muscle on bulky body If it is the case start cutting

I think you should just go in a calorie deficit. Before running into a conclusion that you just gained so much muscle please take a look in bodyfat percentage too madam.

SBD ke weak points ko kaise address kare, Accessory lifts kya choose kare, different muscle groups ke liye volume, frequency recommendations kya rhega for strength and hypertrophy, deload kaise kre, koi specific answer ni mila. Sir can we build muscle on a low protein diet I mean as a student I can only afford only one gram per kg of body weight!?? And with all vegetarian sources like pulses, rajma , lentils.. so can I build decent amount of muscles !??

1 gram protein for 1kg weight is sufficient. To be honest I use a bit less and its good enough for me.

Keep up the good work, don't worry about protein quantity but focus on good quality whole foods like you said. It's sustainable. Patience is the key.

With patience and consistency, your muscle will mature and will look more defined. Low protein diet may or may not give you big muscles but consistency to good diet amd workout will definitely start giving you defined and toned body shape

With less protein intake the results will be slow but it's enough until you're consistent with that.
