2 saal pehle mai 103 kg ka tha. Workout kar ke 87 kg ka hua 1 saal me. Fir last 1 saal kuch nahi kiya aur weight wapis 100 kg ho gaya 😂. Ab 2 din pehle wapis Gym start kia hai. Training frequency 5-6 days a week in the morning.

Chest / triceps (4 exercise for chest/4 for triceps) Rest Back/bicep(4/4) Rest Leg Shoulder Sunday.. Mere pass 4 day k alva koi option hai hi nhi chahe frequency matter kare naa kare hafte mei 1 muscle ko 2 baar hit karna...ssc aspirant hu 4 day bhi mushkil se nikala hai😅

If you drink lot of juices you can train seven days two times, otherwise three times a day is more than enough for a well build body........

He already said soya chunks good source of protein. It is ok to eat. Just dont eat everyday becoz u should have variety of food to get variety of nutrients. Eat once or twice a week.

For 3 days a week, I would suggest you do 3 full body workouts. It will help you train every muscle 3 time per week.

@@shubh03am with high intensity 6-8 rep max you can't train each muscle twice or three times a week if you are natural. .for natural athlete recovery is most important than frequency
