GS 1000s Wes Cooley Devil's Doughnut
Unrestored, all original, 3rd owner, Rat Show 1st place winner bike! Museum quality bike! The header was installed in 1980 at a 1000 mile check up! The bike had plenty to go! As of today 1/5/2014 the bike is still in sweet condition, waiting to smoke the tire up the street!!
ONLY THING HURT ON THIS BIKE WAS THE CHEAP TIRE ON THE BACK!
THESE BIKES ARE MADE TO RUN AND RUN HARD!

These were available for 2 years, 1979 and 1980 I picked up mine May 8 1979 from Cole Brothers Suzuki in North Hollywood,Ca. with dealer installed Yoshimura 4 into 1 exhaust just as they began selling their racing products over here in the U S A.. The First GS1000s Katana came out 2 years later in 1981 + These Bikes are the OG's of today's "SuperBike" World

Cole Brother's Suzuki. I worked for Gary Cole a couple times. Great times at a great shop. Always wanted a Cooley replica. But never did. 👍

Hello again and thanks for your fast reply towards my question. I hope to pick the bike next week and it is with the original exhaust mounted and he has also a 4/2 Marving exhaust which is brand new. But my intention with the bike is to customize it a bit, not like rat bike, or bopper or cafe style. I would call it my style. And for this project I would need a 4/1 exhaust, Marving, Kerker or some similar. I will uploade vid of my hopefully soon to be bike and also my progress.

The original owner had that exhaust installed back in 1980, at its 1000 mile checkup! Its an odd ball name that I forgot as soon as the second owner ( his friend) told me. I know its not a Kerker or Yoshimura! I would of tryied to find an original exhaust but, the exhaust is considered to some as a "time piece" anyway, upload a video when you get your GS! There getting to be Dinosaurs!
