In 7 she worked with terrorists created a child forced to be seen & used as a weapon rather than a human & was both directly & indirectly involved in the enslavement of the Bakers, the deaths of 30+ civilians & the infection of Ethan. By extention, this also lead to the death of Ethan in Village. If she chose an honest living instead of a terrorist cell & told Ethan the truith rather than lie, they'd have had Rose 3 years sooner & Ethan would be alive.
