I just wanna say that this interviewer is great! I've been watching a lot of these and he clearly seems to be invested and not just going through the motion like a lot of other interviewers

I like how honest and expansive his answers are. He's making pro play simple to understand. A bit of Grischuk vibe about him; if he wants to say it, he will.

Too many draws we see in chess. Chess players also feel that frustration. One has to play an accurate game to convert minute advantages in to wins.
