It's crazy how Wesley's legs used to be his weak spot, but now his quads have such deep seperation that they just beat every other person's quads on that stage

What's crazy is Wesley got 7th at the Olympia and judges said because of his legs. His legs are even more undersized yet he just became 2nd best in the world. It's clear they've been holding Wesley to an impossible standard and he's now being appreciated.

Wesley was one of the first classic physique guys that i followed and i'm so happy for him. I remember when Greg said that he'll never ever win a pro show again let alone make it to the Olympia (and even back then left such a sour taste in my mouth) and now he's making waves and winning big shows. Wesley is the definition of never letting someone tell what you can and what you can't achieve

@@gabrielmello8541 O Ramon é mais proporcional, mas o Wesley está longe de ser desproporcional, ele deu um cacete no Urs, tem a cintura escapular bem larga tipo a do Chris Bumstead, estruturalmente faz um X bem mais acentuado do que o Ramon e por isso foi o vencedor. Claro que o Ramon está muito a frente em arredondamento muscular e maturidade, mas a estrutura dele é desvantajosa pra categoria, os próprios árbitros ressaltaram isso. Ainda acho que ele possa ganhar quando está em 100% mas espero que ele vá para a open em algum momento.

As a brazilian I can say we completely understand Wesley victory. Ramon fans have been pushing him for a long time, bagging him to delivery more, give his best and he's always saying people doesn't know what they talk. @@Rubenvw2002_ Yeah, Supersetman did a good comparison and while I disagree with some of his comparison, there is no doubt Wesley has some tightening up to do. But he's finally gotten a great mix of size and conditioning, which I feel he struggled to balance before. Still, since he beat Ramone, I am excited to see him in the callout, even if Chris still comes out on top. It would be exciting to see Chris' reign interrupted a bit. I feel like he wants to retire because no one can beat him right now. Losing would put that fire back in him.

Haven’t been following BB for a few months, read this title and I was shook. Nick been rooting for Wes for years, I gave up on the idea that he could be a top 3 classic physique but still liked his look. Good work Wes.

As a following Dutchie I am so happy for Wesley. He brought his absolute best today and dwarfed the competition. His size and conditioning were absolutely on point. Finally the got the recognition he deserved. He was always a bit underrated.

I could not be happier for Wesley! I’ve always loved his physique and he seems like such a good guy. I think he’s not been getting the recognition he deserves for a while and he looked insane here. But he looks great most of the time lately. Much deserved.
