Thank you so much. I’ve just started classes and the footwork is different snd I could quite understand how the instructors and you guys make it look so smooth. It’s the way you place your feet through the steps. Fantastic thank you. Plus the practice to know where your body is for what count is so helpful. 🎉❤

This is gold 👌, exactly what I was looking for! Ive been taking group lessons for a few yrs but still dont look or feel like a 'dancer'. feet definately leave the floor too much and throw off my balance

How do you slide your feet without your shoes sticking and tripping you up?

If you are on a wood floor and have dance shoes there isn’t much probable with that. If you are on a different surface don’t put as much pressure in the foot you are dragging through

This was a video we filmed during the lockdown for coronavirus. We we taking 30 min to do our video (largely to entertain people who were stuck at home) so talking was part of peoples entertainment during that time.
