In this video we teach you the 3 levels of musicality for west coast swing. You'll learn to connect 6 beat patterns to 8 count music.
Struggling to stay on time? This is the most common problem WCS dancers have. You'll learn how to count the music and use 2 beat increments to stay on time.
Connecting to the music. The 2nd biggest area of concern for our students is connecting their patterns to the music. We teach you the secret... counting straight 8's.
Mastering Musicality. The final level is to master the music. You'll need to understand phrasing, accents, blues music, pop music and much more. We will dive into the solutions for all of these in our videos.
