“You’re stopping us from doing our work” Just take that in for a minute. A member of public not breaking any law, causing no threat to anyone, no public disorder, no profanity etc etc, and you are preventing them from doing the job that the tax payer pays them to do. This is British policing at it’s finest. The only thing stopping these two imbeciles is their ego, plain and simple. You can decline to pay the percentage of council tax that goes to policing. I haven't paid it in 6 years. 1st year the council whined. I told them I couldn't morally fund an organization I believe to be corrupt. They never troubled me after that.

@@thefoxhat6163 No, you can't "decline" to pay it. By definition, a TAX is a non-negotiable demand from government. You can only decline to pay a tax demand if it wasn't legally issued (this is rare). If you've got away with it up to now, that doesn't mean you're actually exempt from it.

@@thefoxhat6163 Essentially you are engaging in civil disobedience, which might be justifiable (I am not to say), but it doesn't mean you or anyone else has a legal exemption from payment Just to add, I refuse to pay the TV license for several reasons, but I understand I am legally required to pay it because I watch some live TV programmes, and I could be hauled up in court for my refusal to pay.

How do you pay his wages? You pay your tax to the government and they THEN pay the police force who then pay the officers. For example if you worked for lidi and got your wages then went to TESCO and brought a packet of gum does that mean Lidi brought that gum so you have no right to the gum. Even if you debate about the 70ish percent of funding that comes from the government (via taxation) there's still the 30ish percent that comes from local taxation such as council tax that goes directly to the Police.

I used to work for a big company many years ago and if they saw you standing around they would give you more work, in the end you had that much work you had no time, then they would lay off excess labour. If Boris sees this the police force will be cut more.

9.20 into the video and this is priceless. Two utterly dazed and confused members of the queens finest. Firing out questions from "the script" in the usual attempt to try and ID. Can't wait to see where this goes because it's already a massive fail. 22.14 Following someone like that could be seen as stalking when there are no grounds and a person might feel threatened. That person becomes the complainant! Superb, brilliant, respect, respect. You handled the thuggish servants just like a superior master should. I could tell how hard that was and I could also tell the point at which you broke them. It dawned on them that they could be digging their own grave and end up with a complaint and law suit. They then bristled and backed off like bullies when you stand up to them Seriously we'll done!

A police officer can still harrass you, even while at work. 2 or more instances of unwanted attention, where a reasonable person would feel alarmed harrassed or distressed by their actions....after they have been told that you feel harrassed,... I'd have rung 999 It's an arrestable offence... Down to how YOU feel, NOT their intent......

Excellent! You display a level of professionalism and calm that many auditors do not. You made the point that you were there to make, 100%. I also think you stayed exactly for the right amount of time. Regardless of the fact that it was the 2 police officers' actions that were wasting tax payers' money, you ended it. To also be fair to police officers, they did not abuse powers in the end and did allow you to walk away without further harassment. I hope that when they see the video, they understand further what the point was.
