Leto gud, been doin it when it was call low carb high fat.. this a bit different and would recommend full blood work pre then 3 months in then six months in and make sure to take electrolytes since u lose the initially thro lose if water.. and as far as blood work assuming your pretty strict in following diet, three months things usually or might be out of wack and then six months usually things look great.. but if six months in and things look worse hen u might be one of 15% who don’t do well on it. best!
