I was born in Parkersburg W.Va and have always realized that God had a special purpose for this state. It put George Bush over the top in 2000 for America! The W.Va Gov coming out with his dog shows everyone the humble heart that West Virginians have, and we love our pets... lol. I'm now living as an independent missionary artist in South Africa, but I've never forgotten my roots or my home state. And sometimes, I've even sung John's song, "Take me home Country Roads" and when I have.... even though I'm so far from home.... I've had tears in my eyes. It's that great of a state!!! West Virginia is a stunningly beautiful State! When a 14 year old boy sits up and takes notice all on his own that does say something! So visit them if you get the chance! We were driving from lovely Boone, NC to a not as lovely State up north. We love Boone and we live in an equally beautiful mountain area 4 hours away, also in NC. But boy howdy was West Virginia a sight to see! Speaking of the great State of North Carolina, did y'all love our future Governor, Lt Gov. Mark Robinson? Here's what you may not know, he faces some the same hate as President Trump does. They call him names. A black news anchor calls him a nazi. Just disgusting!
