I think it's great if you have a skincare routine - especially if you regularly use sunscreen, since we know today that the vast majority of the visible signs of skin aging are caused by UV exposure. Men should arguably care about these things too. But btw, if that's a moisturizer with SPF, then I'm not sure you used enough for good protection 😛

I like your videos. My Dad, Momma, and maternal grandparents gave me a piece of advice that maybe would be helpful for your husband. Happy wife. Happy life. Sure she smells the fresh fruit prior to buying it. But the pieces she buys are good right? You can be happy. Or you can be right, man. You can’t be both. Believe me … I’m still working on that. And I’ll turn 43 in December. I’m Andrew.

I hope you have some free days too for resting, Leah. I also have to cook for myself every day, plus as a work-from-home person I had the responsibility once before to always cook lunch for my ex partner, so I know that it can get quite tiring after a while.

@@philippinefamilylifewithle2673 happy to hear. :) Because it's important to be a good mother and wife of course, but it's also very important to keep track of how are you feeling in your life, and to ask for help or to adjust things if needed. You seemed a bit tired in the video, so I was concerned. Btw, it makes me super happy that you replied. I respect and admire you immensely; sometimes when I watch your videos I literally cry that someone like you exists. I'm talking to someone who is really dear to me already, and I showed your channel to her too.
