The location is either funded by the head office or whatever business funds the location. They can run out of money it’s not science even the banks run out of money. When they send the money from overseas it’s not like the money they sent is the one been paid out so yea go to another location

What’s crazy is 2024 get a bank account and a money transfer can be sent from abroad for free come on instead of waiting on the line the money can go directly into your account and you’ll end up getting more money
