Thanks for uploading these great old westerns!

Lots of stock footage from Republic's westerns were used in this series......as "Studio City TV Productions" was their subsidiary.

It's fun to see the land where a particular episode is supposed to take place. For instance, in this episode, there is lots of hilly terrain and big boulders scattered everywhere. I lived in Dallas nearly 20 years and there is nothing like that around here. I know, it's made in Hollywood, and they weren't going for exact accuracy in the geography dept. Still, it's fun to see how many times I can see mis-matches like this in movies.

That's funny! I just saw Longair Jim Courtright's grave and Luke Shorts grave. They're not very far apart.

Even though this was in Texas ,could it be where the "Cartwright" name came from for Bonanza??
