the bowl should be full with displacement water prior to oil admittance to avoid recirculating of oil " this is the right procedure".

I have problem alarm min separation time #alarm41 ... I notice pt2 keep droping in short time while selenoid valve open for recirculation...and auto initiated discharge sequence before set time min 600s ...how to slove this? It seem too much sludge but i check sett tank is okay

Probably the same thing as production mode, but the timings are different and it's not looking for slodge sensor feedback.
