Marco Arnautovic is my favourite player because he is strong on the ball and he scores great goals at the time.

he is such a quality player! He's like a tank!! nothing gets in his way!!

Arnautovic is a Ronaldo like player. Tall and strong and has speed on the counterattack. A sharpshooter's instinct and plays best from the wing. Does great crosses from the wing. Can shoot powerful long-distance goals like CR7. Serves as the team's main scorer although he's a wing player. Playmaker as well as scorer. Often the main engine and driver of goals in the attacking end. And he has a bit of an ego like CR7. I know Mourinho is interested in him but I think Arnautovic should stay with West Ham for the time being. West Ham are a great team, with players that are good enough for the team to reach the top 4 with the right managing. Pellegrini has a good pedigree but his tactics are old school. He has to modernize the attacking and fix the defending mistakes, otherwise the club will continue to perform far below its potential. Improving the defensive tactical mistakes is quite urgent. The defenders are not the problem as a lot of fans think - it's Pellegrini's method of defending that's wrong. Already, Ranieri, a defense-minded coach, has improved Fulham by strengthening their defending. Just by improving that, by making tactical changes, a manager can work miracles with a lower-table club. In the modern era, just having a great attack is not enough. Lower-table clubs tend to neglect their defending, and higher-table clubs tend to concentrate on it. West Ham have got quality players throughout - the midfielders, defenders and attackers are all solid - A grade. Pellegrini has to know how to get the best out of them. A big turnaround in his tactics is required because the club has been producing disappointing results so far this season. The better players will start itching to leave for bigger and better clubs if this goes on.
