Brentford played 3 at the back so it’s obvious moyes would play an attacking style and exploit the extra space but that isn’t going to work against every team. We tried it against man United and got picked off 3 times. I’m pretty sure Moyes knows exactly what he’s doing. We had a bad spell but up until that point we have actually been good, he won us our trophy, built most of the team, spent well over 4 years and eventually some players will need to be replaced. Like the defence for starters but I’m pretty sure Moyes is capable of filling the holes we need in time but ffp is a thing to consider and moyes doesn’t control what the board are willing to spend. He can only do with what he has at his disposal. We are not Man City, we are not Liverpool, we are West Ham. Despite money spent it doesn’t even come close to what any big six team have spent over the years. No where near. We have enjoyed a pretty good period under moyes and no other manager would have done anything better. Pellegrini spent £200 mill and was taking us straight to the championship, moyes is net spend is £240 mill and took us from a relegation battle to European football. To say he it’s all the players and not Moyes is the dumbest comment I have ever read when in fact he was the one who built the squad in the first place.
