Here's our first property update of 2024, and this time we have the whole C-Suite out to review the progress at Millennium Heights and Pokugara Residential Estates and Townhouses.
Millennium Heights Block 3 is nearing completion as Millennium Heights Block 4 is coming out of the ground and over 60% sold out.
Over 70 Townhouses at Pokugara Residential Estate are well under development and we're looking forward to having more residence.

I emailed a question but did not get the response yet.My question was if they also build homes,for pple with their own stands somewhere? I have a stand,and would like them to build the house of my choice.Is that possible?
