Secondly Chelsea still have experience players in the squad Sterling, Chilwell, Cucurella, Tosin and do on. Then thirdly the model Chelsea owners use is they buy plenty players so even if they sell at the end of the day, it won't affect the first team squad. And remember they have subsidiary clubs where they can loan or sell some of their players to. Then finally you will have to understand that the way they sack and hire new coaches shows that they really care about the team's performance. They want to win trophies too. Winning trophies will still attract more revenue. My happiness is whether old or young they always go for the best players and prospects. So personally i believe in the project. And it's not anything like Arsenal former model where they sold their big players.
