I get the impression these are better than Denon's own speakers sold for this unit even though they were a similar price point (and now the Wharfedale's have been reduced presumably because they're end of line).

i have a pair of these hooked up to e Denon PMA255UK amplifier and a legendary Pioneer PD-S703 CD player, and the sound for the size and the cost (they were just £39) they are phenomenal speakers

that fucking denon is amazing!

I have the 9.1s and they sound nothing like this . Might sound better if I had an amp like that!! 👍
