Nice video. I wouldn't pick Kilimani or Kileleshwa for you either. They give a bit more of a family vibe. Try Westlands, Parklands or Riverside areas to be near all your favourite hangouts.

I love seeing your apartments! As a Kenyan looking to buy/rent an apartment the next time I am home, your videos are so insightful to me! I think that Westlands, Riverside, or Lavington as people suggested are great areas to live in. For luxury apartments of the caliber you showed, I think some of them could have been staged nicer as well as had some amenities up to par with 2022 standards. I think the last one you showed and the one with the pool were great options that were in alignment with the price but I do also think you could find slightly nicer buildings that have more for that price too. Excited to see the new apartment tour!

The pricing is not matching the apartments shown…very expensive to me, as I’m comparing what you’d get in SA for that level of quality of place(it’d be third or half the price). They are mostly middle income level furnishings and finishings but they are charging real luxury rental rates…Nairobi must just be more expensive than Joburg , Durban or even Cape Town😮

#1 with the suicide shower. That's a no for me dawg. #2: You didn't say what floor it was on. If it's at least 5 floors up with a modern elevator, and a walkable location to some food, it's doable. #3: Brand new! Not a whole lot of skins cells on the furniture. You might feel a little claustrophobic, but you're not going to be in there for 8 hours at a time, at least not awake anyway. #4: Great views, modern. I got nothin' else. Winner. #5: Lot's of light and views, no carpet (less dna). Love the separate water closet (toilet) in the bathroom! Would be nice if you could get a lower price on it because you'd be paying for wasted space. Good stuff, Julian😊
