I think it's so neat how Flossy is so gentle now. If anyone doesn't remember how wild she was at first, you should go back to watch the older vids when she and Phyllis arrived. I was worried Justin was going to get hurt trying to tame her. But to see her now, you'd never know she was climbing over gates and wild as a buck! I love all your animals, Justin. Oh gosh, tomato horned worms terrify me. 😱 See ya tomorrow.

It is such a pleasure watching the Rhodes Family, whether doing chores, gardening or having fun at the lake. Once upon a time my evening entertainment was the TV but that is a thing of the past, considering the content isn't good anymore. Now your content is family friendly and so enjoyable.

Best way to find horn worms is at night using a cheap uv blacklight torch as the critters glow like a glow in the dark sticker

We've seen the chicken get out of their cage. Can we see them go in for the night? Just wondering how hard it is.

Part where your pigs ignored the pickles. I know someone that raised hogs and their pigs would never eat cucumbers. Thanks for another inspiring vid!

I am loving and learning so much from your videos! We are working on paying off debt and eventually hitting the road to find our homestead! In the mean time we are working our garden and adding chickens soon to our tiny yard! I would love to see the process Rebekah goes through with your cows milk once you get it from the cows. Cows are something we have never been around and ate looking forward to once we have our homestead! Im a bit confused how she gets the cream and skim for the pigs.

As you look back on the American Farm Tour and all the people and things that you learned and have now applied to your own operation . . . was it worth the time, effort, and travel? Given that you got to spend quality time with your family and the learning experience they got to enjoy. In my opinion, you knocked it out of the park! Just sayin'

If your kale has gone this long without bolting, it's well established and it should keep through the winter. Epsom salt and, like Verna Helvik just said, crushed eggshells in the dirt will help with blossom end rot. Sometimes it can't be helped because of all the rain. I love watching those cows, they are thriving and doing so much better than Violet.
