I have been their before as you know rugby isnt eazy they trained so hard on everypart of body when you skip the training they will make you more exhaust and my coach is so serious he will give me a crazy workout like 10 burpee in 15 second run 50m in 10 second if my friend is to slow he will said ‘ restart again’ until we pass that teamwork .its good experience its make me be a men

in, two three squeeze. This is so the 9 knows when to feed the ball into the scrum. Remember a scrum cannot be pushed unless the ball is in.
