Had my car maxed out mid season 3. Tyre temperatures went though the roof and had to heavily adapt my setup to counter it. Also braking becomes terrible due low drag/light weight

My team career car is nearly maxed out and I have no problems with tyre temps. Adjusting tyre pressures, suspension geometry and aero usually fixes the temperatures
