Section 107 of the Copyright Act provides the statutory framework for determining whether something is a fair use and identifies certain types of uses-such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research-as examples of activities that may qualify as fair use. Hi Fay- a perspicacious gentleman already pointed out-correctly- that the instrument was a saxophone. Always happy to see you back on the blues/ hard/ Prog Rock beat... you know: where the great ones live. Zep, Floyd, Tull, Dire Straits, Rush, Eurythmics, Supertramp.... Peace from Canada.

The band was named after two olde black blues musicians from the USA Carolinas', PINK Anderson and FLOYD Council. They are the cerebral band of rock.

That's Waterloo Bridge in London at the beginning, scene of a song called Waterloo Sunset by the Kinks. Worth checking that if you haven't already

I think it's a song about the nature of war, and more deeply about human nature; because for me, they are intrinsically linked.

The subsequent track is superbly performed by the tribute band "Brit Floyd" ~ Gilmour, Mason and Wright have said, "If they themselves wanted to see PF live, the only way that could ever happen is go see these guys." kzfaq.info/get/bejne/iNR4qJZ1ndnYd3k.html (one song from an entire 155 minute concert of PF Bliss; see comment at link for other tracks) Final Note: Pink Floyd have left us the embodiment of their musical journey to share, enjoy and reflect upon. * always listen to Pink Floyd with headphones or an awesome sounding music system. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pink_Floyd

Hi darling! I still love you. You changed your name and you are right! Masterpiece. 1974. Intro, though my dear. Sax, not trumpet. You still need some training! lol I will never abandon you! So when I talk about the evil of tribes, please understand it not about the past but the future. If we continue being "One tribe against another" war will never end. Try a song called "When two tribes go to war" and compare it to the All Star Africa song that says we are the world. Tribalism is the evil that makes war. Co-operation is the cement that creates peace. This song is about 2 sides. 2. YOUR MINE in every instance is so 5000 years ago. How about shared sides? Fay You Rock!

Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles Etc... produce songs that you have to listen to, two or three times each. Because most of the songs are extremely complex with multiple layers and the lyrics can be complex as well. And oftentimes, they combine many Styles and influences from around the world throughout the history of music. I compare it to deciphering different languages. Other than your native tongue. A lot of the music that was produced back then was groundbreaking. A perfect example is the song Frankenstein by the Edgar Winter Group. For the most part, when you hear these complex songs for the first time you either focus on the lyrics or the music. Therefore it's difficult for first-time listeners to blend the music with the lyrics. The music that's currently played on the radio is very simple and predictable. They remind me of annoying nursery rhyme music. Oh ya, they spew that nonsensical vomit glorifying our narcissistic tendencies toward violence sex and money. Question, Glen Campbell's Wichita Lineman, would that song get played on the radio today? Or The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald by Gordon Lightfoot? What about Earth Wind & Fires New World Symphony? I could go on and on and on. But that would be redundant and belittle the both of us. Oh snap, isn't simple repetitive belittling gibberish played on the radio today?
