In preparation for the NC500 i began making some changes to the interior of my VW Grand California 600.
With kits available to buy i was wondering how hard it could possibly be to make my own cupboard door wraps... turns out its slightly harder than it looked!
We ARE doing the NC500 in the next week and more videos will be coming soon showing the prep work and changes we are making to the Grand California.

"Ah Mr Sloanes, How would you like your coffee?" "Shaken, bounced, stirred or off the rail?" If you brake hard with those coffee jars on the magnet, make sure you are wearing a crash helmet they might hurt if they crack you on the back of the head - or whistle past you and through the windscreen. Some good upgrades though.

Hi Chris loving the van and the improvements look fantastic. The original interior from volkswagan loos pretty bland ,iits amazing how a few bits of wood effect vinyl can Really transform the interior. The outside of your van looks stunning. I'm collecting my brand new t6.1 high line lwb dsg swamper camper in revena blue next weekend .I'm also planning a NC 500 trip in September, I'm off to Wales next week for a spot of camping. Keep up the videos as they are a breath of fresh air ❤

Hi Chris, I have had the big suspension lift kit fitted, BF goodridge tyres and fuel alloy wheels, I've gone for Lazer light grill and a curved roof light bar too ,side bars and roof bars , its was manly the raised ride height I was after so didn't need 4 motion. But no doubt I will constantly be asked is it 4 wheel drive lol 😆

It was just a vinyl sticker from Amazon 😂 cheap as chips

I wonder if you superglued a magnet to the jar top? Then you’d have twice the strength.

I think it was more the long magnet strip that was the issue. It wasn’t very strong at all. I may revisit the idea in the near future with a new plan 😂
