WHO AM I?
Hi, I’m Debra Alfarone. I’ve been on TV for more than a dozen years, as a TV Reporter in NYC an Anchor in Washington D.C. and most recently as a Correspondent covering D.C. for CBS Newspath. I also own a business coaching TV Reporters and regular people to be powerful on camera and in life.

What about when when the person posting an ad for a photographer. Puts in absolutely no calls OR Emails... about this position! So don't know why you say call the station and let them know you'll be sending an email.

Yes, apply like you would normally, and call up NDs like you would normally, but mention that you know it's an unsure time and you know they are busy - call a thing a thing, as Iyanla would say. You have every right to ask for a job, and just acknowledge that this is a unique time right now. Also Poynter.org has a free seminar online about this very subject!
