Thank God for the transfer ban. Tomori was on his way out on Loan, James could have followed, so was Mason mount, Zouma, Tammy etc. Another player that I want Frank to recall back is Musonda.

Personal abilities matters much with who they played. The level of the tournament they played in. Good 1st touch is associated with their level of confidence, the ball, the field and the level of opponents. What I'm saying, this is Grimsby.. what he shown is he is obviously above Grimsby in level. Most senior players is arguable. Better than GKs? Yes.

hari ramesh no thanks.. that formation is awful and doesn’t encourage football. As a fan we should be wanting exciting attacking football, not pessimistic. Furthermore our youth are impressionable at this age and we don’t want to develop them to be defensive and discourage their attacking flair. We need to be playing 4-3-3 for this. All the attacking teams around the world play this. Pep, klopp, Sarri.

Amrit Freeradical completely disagree. Flair and creativity is stifled under a 3 at the back system, a system full of automatisms that take away decision making from the individuals. Because of this reason a lot of poor players are made to look better than what they are I.e victor Moses, Alonso, Luiz. People use this when defensively they are struggling. Pep used it for a while when he didn’t have good enough defenders ie stones otamendi Walker (kompany was injured a lot)but then Laporte came in. It’s defensive hence why a lot of smaller teams like Sheffield and wolves are now using it to hide their deficiencies. We shouldn’t be encouraging having deficiencies for our young learning team, we should be sifting and sorting them out of our squad. Like I said our team is young and impressionable so the moment you tell them it’s ok to have flaws in your game because someone will cover you is the moment you fail in their development and we end up with a squad we have now (excluding youngsters)!

Can play at centre back and in the midfield too, as he did at Wigan on loan. That's why he looks very comfortable in the middle of the pitch. Heck, he probably do a decent job up front. Just an all round very good footballer. Look out too for another coming out of the academy. Tino Anjorin.
