Train legs was a really good point, I'd like to add one thing to that: I have come to the conclusion that after work, it's always best to engage in physical activity. That's why I tend to go to the gym. Following up a mental task with another mental task dulls my productivity but if I do a physical task after a mental task I am much more energetic because I am not using my mental strength. After the physical task I have way more mental clarity and sharpness to fit one more thing before the day ends like practicing a new skill etc. This whole cycle of following up a mental task with a physical task does wonders.

I totally agree. After studying all morning and afternoon, I go to the gym. After that, I head home and I am able to study for a few more hours. If I didn't go to the gym I would probably feel tired and unmotivated.

Dude, the strength transference is something I experienced recently. I didn't train legs for month, did it last 2 weeks and my lower back pain just disappeared( I'm 20 btw so the back pain was concerning) and my next bench day I went from a 1 rep max of 190lbs to 235lbs. Let's just say I'm never skipping legs again, idk if there is any real science behind this but I feel way better.

The afternoon/evening is also the best time to work out. You have the most strength, so your workout will be a lot better. I used to work out In the morning to get it done and out of the way. That's not to say that I don't like working out, I love it. But my body hadn't woken up yet, so i found myself getting more sore

I was recently asked to help onboard a new collogue by taking him through the project that I am working on. Instead of doing a 30 minute coffee thing or an informal meet and greet, I did slides, got a room with a projector, and even put together some preliminary questions. All within 30 minutes as the onboarding had to be done that afternoon. The HR lady was impressed as no one really puts effort into the "show him what you're working" thing. What I get from your videos is that I need to take everything I do seriously while getting things done efficiently. I don't think you can run a billion dollar empire if you cannot quickly prepare a 20 minute presentation.

I just finished my 5 weeks of training for my hot yoga teaching certification... hardest fucking thing I have ever done in my life! 12 hours a day of non-stop yoga. 7 days a week. In Cancun (and NOT the hotel zone) Mexico. We were in a 20 X 20 room heated with open flame propane heaters at 105 degrees and 70% humidity. I was also trying very hard to keep to my vegan diet... not easy when you have only an hour break to find something to eat. The third day, after all the intestinal issues and doing SO MUCH yoga every day, I broke down crying hysterically. I think I cried daily... BUT I KEPT GOING. Washing my yoga clothes in the sink, learning the dialog, perfecting my best postures... AND I MADE IT. I DID IT... and now, returning to "real life" has been so incredibly hard. I cannot explain to people how much my mind and body have transformed inside and out. They see the physical difference but, my mind and emotions are never going to be the same. I am a 1% Female.

I'm always proud of the fat guy running, I feel there's a connection between a fat person trying to lose weight and someone on nofap trying to quit porn addiction, I been expressing this in my videos lately. A fat person might start to feel a lot of shame in the moment because he doesn't look as good as he wants and his mind tells him that no matter how hard he tries he's never going to lose that weight so why not enjoy themselves and eat some junk food. It's the same for porn addiction, they don't have the perfect nofap streaks as people they see online and their mind tells them they're never going to be able to quit this addiction and they will never attract women because they're beta so they might as well watch porn. I know this way of thinking is illogical but when you're really depressed it happens often, be careful out there on your self improvement journey and make sure to practice self love.

So its always advantageous to look your best. Not to the extreme but think about looking 80% of your "best" anytime you go out and it will make a dramatic difference

This is a topic with a very slippery slope. These days the concept of "man" has been stretched to all sides and it's easily to take it the wrong way and that's how many young men fall into the incel rabbit hole and all those bs "Alpha males" become popular. You're making great points and I think you're on the right track for the most part in tackling this subject. It's a lot more to look at the examples of what you aspire to be rather than bringing others down to feed your insecurity. A perfect example of this to me is Sir Christopher Lee. A true man and a true gentleman who lived a more impressive life than many others would with multiple lifetimes. Not everyone can follow in his footsteps ofc but be inspired by his actions.

This is a great foundation to lay and I notice it with a lot of brown guys your age. The most important thing I'd say (being a little bit older/next stage than you) is this... Build these as your foundation but work on your personality twice as much as on your body. Whether that's your values, diction, sense of humour, beliefs, becoming more compassionate, understanding psychology or the wider world... Basically becoming a better and more well-rounded person. These are things that will truly separate the weak from the obselete.

That was really good, good way to guide people, really enjoyable video, you should make one about how one percent has really thick skin and can handle the pressure of haters,I think most people want to get to the top without knowing the bad,if you have a lot of females after you,you will have even more haters after you,you can’t have one without the other,it’s not all rainbows in the top ,you have a lot of pressure and unwanted opinions that will come your way, everyone wants the top so don’t expect to be loved by most ,that’s the dark side no %1 talks about, the amount of jealousy,it never stops as long as your making waves in fact it gets worst as you level up ,unless your a loved celebrity who isn’t really common.
