Wow, spookily timely for Halloween!! Just going to have my paltry NHS- farmed out to private zoom consultants 15 minute med review in 16hrs time and have been looking for something on just this topic for months! I am disappointed with what the meds did/did not do. Too tired to watch and absorb now but will report back and rant later!!

I feel childish and foolish for having bubbling energy and laugh at silu stuff at 46yo. And have been so horrible to myself for it, scolding myself. What if my humour is meant to be here, and those who don't agree can be allowed to dislike me? Thinking this, feeling this, but integrating this is difficult, I am highly critical of myself on a daily basis. Newly diagnosed and suddenly it all makes sense❤
