Hi - so do you mean to say that if the land is 5 hectares or more then i can build a maximum 1000 square meter agricultural building? Based on this, suppose if i own 12.5 hectares agricultural land this means i can build 2 separate agricultural buildings each 1000 square meters? Is there a guarantee that after 10 years the buildings can be converted to residential/commercial storage use under class Q development? Lastly in your experience, how much can such agricultural buildings be rented out for per month/ year?

What are the chances that the municipality etc fight and reject someone doing stuff like this, that are genuinely doing these things for agriculture, etc?
