Im a carnivore. Cured every chronic illness I had, and lost 70lbs effortlessly. All cancer goes into stasis when you fast. Trouble is you have to eat. Cancer can only feed on fermentable fuel, which is sugar, carbs, fruit, plants. As a carnivore, my body runs on ketones. Cancer cannot use ketones. This is a good place to start.

Also carnivore here. There is a protein that cancer can also use as fuel, Dr Thomas Seyfried talks about this if you want more info. But definitely ketosis is very helpful for preventing cancer and keeping our body metabolically healthy.

@@Stage4Thriver thanks. I get a bit weary though of people who infer something that transforms people like carnivore 'doesn't work for everyone '. Unfortunately, that means that they didn't or won't try it. With cancer, and indeed all metabolic disease, the answer is the same for all. Eliminate the items causing/feeding cancer. Carnivore is the ultimate elimination diet. Many women confide that the idea of a bloody steak on a plate is repulsive, but many men are on board with that. So i recognise that carnivore is not attractive to women, but those who do it achieve stunning results.

This is so so true about food. I just chopped and bagged 9 bunches of Kale chard for my smoothie the next morning life is in the blood and greens clean the blood so good for our liver. I'm so glad I found you thank you so much. You Rock

Thank you for sharing your story. I watched your latest video where you told your story and talked about your faith. It was very moving. I don’t have cancer but my husband and I totally gave up the white death crystals and ultra processed foods. Also doing the intermittent fasting. We both feel so much better. I really like your approach to this subject. Find the things they have in common and try that. Totally agree. I subscribed to your channel and wish you and your wonderful family the best. Take care.

​@Stage4Thriver have you read the books by Michel Servan-Schriber? He was one of the first 15 years ago, to really talk about diet and the chemistry....... William Li has also done some excellent research along similar lines.....

The healthiest fat is good old fashioned saturated fat. Olive oil is often cut with seed oil. Seed oils are toxic crap.

100% it MUST be high quality olive oil. If it’s cheap, don’t even bother. It goes from being a fabulous fat to worthless with no in between.

@@Stage4Thriver I don't eat any plant oils, even the healthy ones are slightly different to animal fats, the proof is that they lower our cholesterol artificially. For the scientific proof Dr Paul Mason has many talks about the difference between plant and animal fats.
