You r absolutely right I was suffering from gestational diabetes I was unaware of my condition in my first pregnancy and missed abortion happened two times but with positive thinking and changing my lifestyle I am a mother to a very intelligent child. I trust shiv guru a lot.

Congrats to both of you and your families💐💐💐 You poured all your heart out. I am also facing same kind of issues and such videos give strength and positivity. I, myself is a fitness enthusiast, dietician so I understand that what it all needs to keep active and healthy. Most important thing which you shared is happy and calm state of mind which is above all other things. I can say this because I am also a meditation coach where we practice through breath and through breath how to control mind and emotions. Whosoever, including me should practice physical exercise for body and breathing excercise for mind. It will definitely help a person to overcome any situation not only infertility. That breathing practice called “Sudarshan Kriya” and it required only 20 mins of the day plus there are lot of guided meditations on KZfaq. Please go ahead and make this part of your life.

Yes absolutely correct stress is bigger problem for conceiving.i have also gone through infertility 6 year because of pcod I have done so many treatment nothing worked after dat I have changed my lifestyle like yoga, healthy diet,7 km walk daily.it was very difficult phase of my life but now I blessed with 9 month baby girl ❤️❤️we should never loose hope.

N vo successful b rha but at the 7 th month akdam se labour pain start ho gya n then c-section krvana pda. N beti thi meri but vo 7-8 hours k baad chali gae. Iss baat ko just 20 days hi hua he. Me iss se bhar hi nae nikal pa rahi hu. But apke Vedio k baad bhut acha lga.

Hi Debina, I am Upasana Advocate by profession, from Kolkata (Bong😊), 37years age now. I was also diagnosed with endometriosis and leiomyomas and doctors told me I may not conceive. @@bhawnarana7324 I had shown one of thee best doctors in Kolkata, followed his advise. I took injections every week in my 1st trimester, I was under bed rest for the 1st 7 months. While lying down whole day my legs were rested higher than my body with pillows. After lot of pains my baby was born

I have gone through infertility journey because of my endometriosis. It was the most hardest part of my life..I got IVF but firstly it's failed. Then doctor advice that you try normal process for 6 months. Then you not get pregnant,2 nd stage of IVF started...But thankful my Almighty Allah I got pregnant normally after failure of 1 St IVF. Now I'm enjoying my motherhood for my little Princess 😘😘😘.. Hearty congratulations for your little angel... Almighty Allah always blessing your little Princess... sending love ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hi mam... First of all congratulations to both of u for ur baby... Blessing for her n ur family.. ❤💫 I'm also dealing from same condition.. I have fibroids n endrometisis cysts.. N feel always low and worried.. But after watching your success story.. Got so much positivity n a right direction for my life ahead.. So thank u so much for sharing your story.. U r spreading ur positivity to the world.. Will try to apply these positive vibes for my whole life... Hopeing for the best ahead for me too.. Thanks once again... This video is very honest and informative and Debina hearty congratulations. I am expecting my second one this month and I just follow the Ogyn group that I have in US. I loved the video. However, to all the expectant mothers, please do not try alternative treatment like accupuncture when you are pregnant. Positive mindset is 100% important, but please do not go for that. Positive mindset, clean living, excercise are all good. But please do not give the numbers n names of alternative treatments. Many people/would be moms can have negative impact following those as there is no regularizaton of alternative practitioners. Thanks n stay blessed.

Hi , Debina .. your video really inspired me a lot right now I am 24 years old and I am suffering from PREMATURE OVARIAN FAILURE that is also known as AMANORRHEA , being at this I am suffering a lot but truely said for ourselves less stress is so important which I am not able to achieve ... I am also struggling with this to have peace of mind hopefully I will recover from it ..

Hi I m also facing this issue. Can u tell me what is reason behind it. My docter just say premeture ovarian failure . And then they do not give any medicine. Just say go for IVF with donor egg. I really do not want this

I am also Pcod+Thyroid patient ....After 6 six years of my marriage now I m 7 months pregnant ....But the journey of my life after marriage about my pregnancy was very tough ....Thank to God for giving me this happiness .

Hi dear... I have been an endometriosis warrior for years. I got married at 28and soon realised that I have this chronic disease. Was totally shattered...did laproscopy and within an year decided to go for IVF. Literally did everything I can to make it a success.... with the grace of God it became a success in the first attempt itself and now I am a mother to my two years old healthy baby girl ❤️...may God bless you and everyone who battles these kind of things in life.. congratulations on becoming a mother too...,

Hi....can you please tell me ki apko kaise pta chla ki apko endometriosis hai ? Apke kya symptoms the ? Kyunki mjhe spotting problem hai ..or suspect Kiya hai ki ye problem ho skti hai...but not sure...kyunki reports normal aayi hai
