Be aware you should choose the machine which have 2GB ram (AWS instance would be at lease t2.small , don't choose t2.micro(1GB) it will crash)

You need to add SSL nginx-proxy, the default port connection is vulnerable.

If someone is having problem that sonarqube is stopping seconds after getting started it is due to running it previuosly with the root user the elastic search files under the temp directory are now configured to run only with root and cant be overwritten so just delete the temp directory and then again try to start the sonarqube service from the sonaradmin user.

Hi Lavan/Rajesh, Is the EC2 instance was up and running from 2 months or restarted. If you are restarting then try to add sonar service to boot time. if it not stopped and see that it not running, request you to validate logs. may be it could be issue with the resource or some bug. request you validate it.

sonarqube started and running also but when I gave a command net stat -tulpn doesn't show me 9000 port. So, when I try to deploy on the browser it fails....plz tell me a reason....plz..plz

I have facing the similar issue as you. I have switch the AWS ec2 instance to t2.small(2GB RAM) from t2.micro(1GB RAM), then it work
