On most units now a days the OVER RIDE ENG SHDN switch is used to override the the engine idle timer shut down

Thanks for the video just switch trucks been driving a kenworth Manual transmission now driving 2016 Automatic freightliner Cascadia and all the switches are different. They're still 3 switches on here that I'm not sure about that are not on your video Inter axle diff? Lock/unlock Fifth wheel slide. Lock/unlock Susp air. Lock/unlock I'm pretty sure I know What the last 2 are for not sure about the 1st one

I have a 2016 Freightliner cascadia and have less options and buttons than yours. What the hell, I can’t find the traction control button on mine when I’m stuck in a pot hole with mud or water

Hi everyone. I have a very strange situation. Some times when I’m on the open road and have my cruise control on the on position, it has been times when my truck starts to gain speed if I’m going on 65 mph It can go up to the fastest it can go. I have already replaced my sensor that is located on the side of the transmission and it still does it again What is wrong with my truck

Lane depart is an annoying feature. It does it's job but when your music cuts out it's annoying especially in those places where the roads are messed up all over. Should be an on off thing.

No. It works like this: It won't unlock the jaws unless the truck is stopped, in neutral and the brakes set. Then, you push in the release with your right hand. It is spring loaded so you have to hold it in. With your left hand you release the brakes and pop the truck in drive. You can then drive out from under the trailer and release the dash button and the jaws are ready to grab the next trailer. It also has a traditional handle to release the jaws but it takes about 5 times the force to open it that way. Tip: Spray the jaws with WD-40 every few weeks or the auto release stops working.
