yes we can install. But the water proofing has to be done once again..

What is the comparative cost of micro piling versus RCC footing? Can micro piles good for black cotton soil? Lastly for 8.5 foot depth is this recommended?

Micro piles are not cheaper...after doing micro pile a seperate pile cap has to be provided..hence they are not economical ... They are a good replacement for piling in areas bearing capacity is very low..

Micro piles are basically a gtound improvement and retrofitting solution ...and are economical than piling works
