BROO i love avatar so much!! For maru: the flying birds (called ikran) in the forest tribe, the equivalent to those in the water tribe are called ilu which are actually inspired by dolphins which is really cute but the adults ride the flying fish that Nick mentioned, and the big sharks Devin and Nick were talking about were actually equivalent to the Earth’s whales and theyre called Tulkun
