Hi Serg. Thank you for all of value to provide on assisted living. I'm looking to get started by renting a property to an operator here in MO. Do you have any sample lease agreement? I'm not sure how to structure the lease.

You’re welcome, and thank you for supporting the channel. I don’t offer a sample lease agreement because it can vary from tenant to tenant. It’s also recommended you consult with a real estate attorney to draft you up the lease agreement.

Thank you for your support! You would have to convert the units and make it one. You're better off converting a single family residence into a residential assisted living then trying to convert a duplex into a assisted living.

I would need to look further into Havasu City to be able to give you an honest answer. Typically, I like to look at the median income, average age population, population of people in the city and how many other facilities are there.

Most likely not, as a lot of the clients you’ll be taking care of will not want to live in a mobile park because the needs they have will require you have ADA compliant bathrooms, and ADA accessible ways to get around the home.
