Few tips to get ready. First be realistic what the procedure can give you. It is a very powerful procedure. It will tighten the muscles, remove the excess skin, fat and stretch marks of the lower abdomen that liposuction alone will never provide. This comes at a price of a scar and a longer recovery. Second, you will need help at home during the recovery. Especially those "supermoms" that are used to taking care of everyone else. You will need help to take care of you!
