I'm in TCS, I didn't even get a call from project allocation. But got allocated in support. I made only 5 Excel sheets and 3 docs in each week, for 2 year. Nothing more for now.

This video is misleading for freshers to get views & likes If you get an opportunity at TCS, Infosys, or other big MNCs, don’t let it go. Ask those freshers who didn’t get selected in campus interviews they often struggle for the next 2 to 3 years to get a job. Even if they find one, it’s usually in small companies with salaries of only 10-15k, and there’s a risk the company might shut down. Sometimes, they don’t even provide an experience certificate, leaving you with no proof of your job experience. My advice: don’t fall for videos that troll big MNCs over small issues. Having TCS, Infosys, or another big MNC on your resume opens many doors and offers invaluable experience.

Go for small companies you will learn more there. Tcs is not good for freshers.

Yaah i accept that this is hard time for us but keep hunting if you get better then go for it. TCS may provide you comfort and security but coming out from that comfort is very difficult, rather get some skills and apply elsewhere. Under the name of job security they are ruining the associates career.
