I never comment on youtube videos normally, but I have to say this was so useful. I kind of understood the planes of movement but couldn't apply them to examples but the CORRIDOR analogy made it all make sense.

It made it so clear for me the axis explanation. Now I draw an imaginary rod through the plane and I can figure it out. I made a mistake with the chess press because I imagine the elbows against the body so the axis was going through my shoulder so I thought it was Sagittal. Thanks!!

You damn right this video was helpful! That was a tough pop quiz, but I got all three correct. Chapter 2 of the book gives good examples of planes of motion, but not as challenging as your pop quiz.
