Excellent tip to meet at the buyers bank, walk up to the teller together and get a cashiers check straight from the teller, then sign the title over.

I love the idea of them having to meet at their bank and receive the check right from the bank so you know it’s legit

Don’t forget Wire Transfer especially for out of state customers.

What happens if they produce the cashiers check in front of me at their bank but they put a hold on the cashiers check after I leave?

Have them zelle you the money. Once the money clears, bounce.

Also what about getting a draft check instead of a cashiers check wouldn’t the funds be available immediately?
